Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to generate leads, manage complex roofing builds, and to develop strong communications with guiding homeowners from start to finish. We will train you in sales, lead generation, and all things roofing.

Duties
- Generate leads and guide homeowners through the process of replacing their roof.
- Develop scheduling skills that will allow you to thrive throughout your day-to-day.
- Oversee the preparation and review of roofing builds to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
- Coordinate with clients to facilitate seamless communication and project progression.
- Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance, regulatory adherence, and quality standards.
- Manage contracts, insurance compliances, and Texas Department of Insurance compliances.

Pay: $63,146.29 - $113,000.00 per year
