Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) – Skilled Nursing | Washington
A mission-driven senior care organization is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations at a skilled nursing facility in Eastern Washington.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who is passionate about driving clinical quality, building strong teams, and creating a culture centered on resident care, safety, and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, clinical quality, and regulatory compliance
- Lead a culture focused on safety, accountability, and person-centered care
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, individualized care delivery
- Support and grow service lines including dementia care and related programs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and leadership development
Qualifications
- Active Oregon Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in long-term care or healthcare operations
- Strong understanding of CMS regulations, survey readiness, and financial management
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve quality and operational outcomes
- Experience with dementia care and post-acute services preferred
Compensation & Benefits
