Position: Canvassing Manager
Lead and scale a

Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, train, and lead a team of canvassers to achieve performance goals.
- Develop daily route plans and schedules to maximize team productivity.
- Create and execute effective canvassing strategies to increase lead generation.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Supervisor, or Canvassing Team Leader in the Home Improvement industry.
