Water Mitigation Subcontractor Crew – 1099
Superior Restoration is looking for experienced water mitigation subcontractor crews to partner with us on residential water damage projects throughout the Atlanta area.
We are looking for reliable, professional crews that can handle mitigation production work including water extraction, demolition, containment, equipment setup, cleaning, and job-site documentation.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential water mitigation and water damage cleanup
- Water extraction and removal of affected materials
- Set up containment and maintain clean, professional job sites
- Set and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers
- Take moisture readings and complete drying documentation
- Provide thorough before, during, and after photos
- Follow provided scopes and company mitigation standards
- Communicate job progress, issues, and additional damage promptly
- Maintain professional communication and appearance in customers' homes
- Be available for emergency and after-hours projects when needed
Requirements
- Previous professional water mitigation/restoration experience
- Experienced crew lead required
- IICRC WRT certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- General Liability insurance
- Workers' Compensation coverage when applicable
- Ability to provide W-9 and Certificate of Insurance
- Basic mitigation/demo tools
- Ability to complete required job documentation
- Professional appearance and customer-service skills
- Ability to pass any background or compliance requirements required for assigned projects
Subcontractor Relationship
This is a 1099 subcontractor opportunity, not a W-2 employment position.
Superior Restoration will manage the customer relationship, project scope, estimating, billing, and overall project management. Subcontractor crews will be responsible for completing assigned mitigation production work according to the approved scope and Superior Restoration standards.
Compensation will be discussed based on crew size, experience, capabilities, and agreed subcontractor pricing.
