The Hospitality Aide supports our Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation residents by helping create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. This role works closely with nursing, dietary, and housekeeping teams to assist with non-clinical tasks that enhance resident care and daily operations.
Assist residents with non-clinical needs to promote comfort, dignity, and safety
Deliver and retrieve meal trays; assist with dining room setup and breakdown
Support housekeeping by restocking supplies, light cleaning, and room readiness
Transport residents, equipment, and supplies throughout the building as needed
Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas
Follow infection control, safety standards, and facility policies
Communicate respectfully with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience in healthcare, long-term care, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required during shifts
Willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare setting
