Liquor Store Associate
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team. Our team members are responsible for building our store brand by providing excellent customer service. This position requires high energy, great work ethic, charisma, attention to detail, team building skills and multi-tasking abilities.
Essential Duties and Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Basic Point of Sale and Cash handling experience and skills.
- Work schedule availability including a variety of days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to regularly lift 10-40 pounds.
- Knowledge of types of liquor, beer, and wine products with the ability to suggest selections suitable to the customers needs.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors, co-workers, vendors and the public.
- Ability to assist management with day-to-day operations.
- Provide continuous attention to customer needs by greeting, assisting and thanking guests in a prompt, courteous and friendly manner.
- Participate in product tastings and special events to maximize store and company objectives.
- Experience in the Liquor Industry of 1+ years.
- Perform other job related duties as assigned.
- Current and valid Drivers License with reliable transportation.
Desired Qualifications:
- Passion and knowledge in the Wine category.
- Experience placing and receiving product orders.
