Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients to support chefs and cooks
- Cook and assemble menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes, utensils, and cookware
- Follow all food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to ensure hygiene and compliance
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when required
- Support party setups and service during special events or large gatherings
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely service delivery and guest satisfaction
- Balancing work between concessions and kitchen
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is required
- 18+ years of age
- Familiarity with food handling, safety protocols, and basic cooking techniques is advantageous
- Experience working with POS systems
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential for success in this role
