Freedom Wildlife Solutions & Pest Control is hiring a Pest Control Technician out of Clayton, NC. You'd run your own recurring route across the Triangle - treating homes, solving pest problems, and keeping customers who stay with us for years. No experience required. We train and we pay for your license.

What you'll do
- Run your recurring route on time - thorough interior and exterior treatment, clean and professional, with callbacks at or below our standard.
- Educate customers on what's going on and how we're fixing it. Trust is what keeps a route full.
- Spot honest add-on services and earn commission on them.
- Document every service and finding in our system at close-out.
- Follow every label and safety requirement - the label is the law.
- Represent us at every stop. Reviews and referrals come from how you handle the visit.
What we're looking for
- Able to lift 50+ lbs; comfortable in crawlspaces and tight spaces; outdoor work year-round in all conditions.
- Valid NC driver's license with a clean record. Must pass a background check.
- You'll get your NC Structural Pest Control RT card within 30 days - we pay for it. Until then you work under a licensed tech.
- Someone reliable and organized who takes pride in doing the route right.
- Experience isn't required - trades, athletics, customer service, or home-services background helps. We'll teach you the rest.
