Healthcare Integrations Analyst/BA

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with IT, product owners, and external vendors on healthcare integrations and data exchange initiatives.
- Provide structure, direction, and guidance in a matrixed and ambiguous environment.
- Support provider, pharmacy, and payer integrations and related partners.
- Assist with integration mapping, validation, troubleshooting guidance, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage executive-level interactions and help calm/reactively manage business stakeholders.
- Drive clarity, organization, and accountability across projects.
Must have requirements:
- Healthcare integration experience
- External vendor/data integration experience
- Strong communication and executive presence
- Ability to work in ambiguous, matrixed environments
- Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with integration file types and vendor/payer data exchange
- Healthcare lifecycle knowledge
- Preferred: HealthRules exposure
- Bonus: Pharmacy/provider experience, UM/CM, QRyde, Optum/UHG/UHC, ESI, Navitus, Prime experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
Experience:
- Healthcare Integrations: 6 years (Preferred)
- Pharmacy and Provider support: 6 years (Preferred)
