Grounds & Maintenance Worker (Full-Time)

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our Grounds & Maintenance team full-time. This role is essential to preserving the appearance, safety, and functionality of our campus while supporting an exceptional guest experience.
Position Overview
The Grounds & Maintenance Worker is responsible for the daily upkeep of buildings, grounds, and outdoor spaces. This position plays a key role in ensuring our property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine groundskeeping, including mowing, trimming, edging, planting, and seasonal landscaping
- Complete general maintenance and minor repairs (painting, carpentry, plumbing, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness of walkways, restrooms, and public areas
- Conduct routine inspections and address maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Assist with setup and teardown for events and special activities
- Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and basic tools
- Perform seasonal duties including leaf removal, snow removal, and weather-related cleanup
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- This is an entry level position, but basic knowledge of groundskeeping and facility maintenance preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Valid driver’s license required
Schedule
- Full-time position with access to full benefits package, including insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including rotating weekends and some holidays
- Schedule may vary based on seasonal needs and events in a 7-day-a-week operation

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
