ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Telemarketing Team Member for Brad Larson State Farm, your creativity and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. Reaching out to the Brad Larson State Farm existing customers, you will be setting appointments for Agency Sales Team Members. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Outbound calling to existing customers set appointments for sales team members.
- Placing appointments on our Agency Team calendar.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred;
- Communication and persuasion skills; proficiency in using CRM software.
- Willingness to learn basic product knowledge of insurance products.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.
- Professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency’s growth.
