Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
Heart Spring Health | Sellwood Community
Heart Spring Health, located in the Sellwood community, is seeking a friendly, community-oriented Licensed Massage Therapist to join our collaborative naturopathic clinic. This is an ideal opportunity for a practitioner who is passionate about integrative care and values working as part of a team to provide exceptional, patient-centered services.
Our Integrative Model
We operate within a trauma-informed, whole-person care framework that emphasizes the foundations of health—nutrition, movement, nervous system regulation, and meaningful lifestyle change.
Our clinic includes a teaching kitchen, gym, and dedicated movement space for yoga, Qi Gong, and mindfulness-based practices. These spaces allow providers to extend care beyond individual visits, supporting patients through education, group programs, and experiential learning.
Growth & Earning Opportunities
In addition to one-on-one patient care, this role offers opportunities to expand your work through:
- Group visits and workshops
- Collaborative programming within our clinic
- Participation in a clinic membership model that supports continuity of care and provides an additional revenue stream
As our clinic grows, we are also developing digital programs, creating opportunities for providers to contribute to scalable offerings and passive income over time.
Our compensation model is designed to reflect meaningful contribution. As your practice grows—through patient care, group offerings, and clinic engagement—your earning potential grows alongside it. Providers who are motivated and invested in both their patients and the broader clinic model can build a sustainable, impactful, and well-compensated role within Heart Spring Health.
