ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Insurance Sales Representative with our Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customer service objectives. By providing our customers with the insurance products that help protect them from the risks to which they are exposed, you will play an important part in protecting their financial security.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your professional knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and provide appropriated policies to both current and potential customers.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Be able to answer phones, faxing, scanning and filing
- Identify customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Must be able to obtain property and casualty license.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
- Familiarity with Social Media.
- Prior knowledge of Excel is desired.
- Comfort with using Artificial Intelligence in both the Sales and Service environments.
- Pleasant and socially engaging personality.
