Position Summary
We’re hiring experienced Barber Stylists for our busy Pace location. You’ll provide quality haircuts, shaves, and styling for men and women while delivering friendly, professional customer service in a fun, upbeat environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed $1000 a week for first 4 weeks as transitional pay.
- After transitional pay, guaranteed $15/hour minimum PLUS tips or commission + tips — whichever is higher.

What We’re Looking For
- Valid Barber or Cosmetology license.
- Passion for hair, grooming, and customer service.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Skilled with clippers, shears, and modern styling techniques.
- Ability to work weekends.
