Key Responsibilities
- Drive Face-to-Face Sales: Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and actively upsell promotions, add-ons, and loyalty programs at checkout.
- Efficient POS Operations: Process cash, credit, and mobile transactions accurately and efficiently using modern point-of-sale systems.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver a friendly final impression, answer product questions, and efficiently handle returns or exchanges.
- Store Merchandising: Maintain a spotless checkout area and stock front-end displays to maximize impulse sales.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years in retail sales, cashiering, hospitality, or customer service.
- Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and persuasive sales skills. Confident with numbers and multitasking during peak hours.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with modern POS terminals, digital gift cards, and payment platforms.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays based on store needs.
