We are nestled in the fitness hub at the intersection of Eton & Cole St.at 2221 Cole St. Birmingham, MI. When you are on Cole St. look for Dobi Real Estate. This is where you will pull in. We are located on the right-hand side towards the end when you pull in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food, smoothies and juice according to established recipes and standards.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, upselling additional items as appropriate.
- Operating blenders, juice machines, slicers, grill and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of working stations.
- Monitor product levels and replenish supplies as needed to ensure availability and freshness.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, engaging with guests to enhance their experience and address any concerns.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and hygienic workspace.
- Learn and stay informed about different Limited Time Menu items to educate customers and make recommendations.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following proper cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and be a good team player to ensure smooth operations and efficient service during peak hours.
Qualifications:
- Enjoys being the best part of someone’s day
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Projected Total Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
