Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery.
- Lead team members through training, development, and performance management to foster a motivated work environment.
- Oversee inventory control and food management processes to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; manage cash handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations across all areas of the restaurant.
- Manage shift schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient service.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their dining experience.
Experience
- Proven management or supervisory experience within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety protocols.
- Previous roles involving staff training, team management, and restaurant operations are preferred.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles gained through casual dining or hotel experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and handle multiple priorities effectively.
