Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Sales Manager with varied responsibilities that encompass leadership, strategy, and execution including setting sales goals, developing sales plans, training and motivating the team, managing the sales pipeline, and analyzing performance data to exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales team with leadership strategies, goal setting and execution of goals.
- Generate revenue in the field through your own sales targets and KPIs
- Develop individual sales action plans including quarterly bonus plans for your own sales targets as well as for the team.
- Develop and manage teams’ KPI and measurements.
- Analyze metrics and monthly goals to identify sales activities and performance goals.
- Manage sales team pipeline and analyze KPI’s to achieve set goals.
- Foster a positive environment with teamwork and collaboration among team members.
- Motivate, train and mentor sales team by providing guidance, coaching, and training to the sales team to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Implement and manage CRM best practices to improve customer engagement and retention.
Miscellaneous:
- Flagged and Old Pending Jobs Report Oversight
- Approval of job pricing through estimation/quote sheet
- Review and develop pricing on services requiring updates.
- Oversee and manage Shared Services department through Shared Services Manager to streamline incoming calls, training on Enterprise System (JT) and CRM, invoicing, timely submission of required paperwork.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience managing a successful sales team
- 5-7 years’ experience in field sales exceeding set targets
