Henderson Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will make a meaningful impact by helping patients regain mobility, independence, and quality of life through individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
You will work closely with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality rehabilitative services in a supportive and resident-centered environment.
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Educate patients, families, and staff on restorative techniques and continued care strategies.
Participate in staff training and interdisciplinary care planning.
Current, valid Physical Therapist license in the state.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and assist with patient mobility.
Ability to walk, stand, stoop, bend, push, and pull throughout the workday.
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
