Sunbird is looking for a friendly, dependable Counter Service Team Member to join our team. You'll welcome guests, take orders, prepare beverages and food, and help create the warm experience Sunbird is known for.
No café or restaurant experience? That's okay - we're happy to train the right person.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Welcome guests and take orders using our POS.
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and food.
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
- Communicate with the kitchen to keep orders accurate and moving.
- Keep the counter and dining areas clean, organized, and stocked.
- Jump in and support your teammates during busy service.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Friendly, positive, and comfortable working with people.
- Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Able to stay organized and focused in a busy environment.
- Willing to learn about food, coffee, and hospitality.
- Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus, not required.
SCHEDULE
- Part-time & full-time opportunities
- Typical hours: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Weekend availability required
- Flexible availability, including holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
