Position: Crew Member – Morning Shift
We’re currently hiring crew members for morning shifts. Morning crew members play a key role in setting the tone for the day by delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the store is fully prepared for daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient guest service
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food according to Dunkin’ standards
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Restock inventory and maintain organization in all workstations
- Work as part of a team to meet shift goals
- Assist with additional cleaning tasks
Requirements
- Weekend availability is required
- Must be dependable, punctual, and customer-focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
Shift Availability
- Morning shifts starting at 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, or 7:00 AM
- Flexible scheduling available
- Part-time and full-time hours offered
