Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple electrical construction projects. This role is responsible for managing project execution from post-bid through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage multiple electrical construction projects simultaneously
· Oversee budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
· Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, and material deliveries
· Review and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners
· Develop project schedules and ensure timely execution
· Monitor job site progress, quality, and safety compliance
· Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
· Handle project documentation and reporting
· Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and issues
· Lead team members within the project management department.
Qualifications
· 3-5+ years of project management experience in construction
· Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods and materials
· Field experience is a major plus
· Experience managing projects valued at $3M+
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
· Working knowledge of NEC and estimating processes
· Strong communication and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
