The Position
The Program Operations Coordinators oversee the functioning of the facility, including but not limited to supervising staff, completing monthly staff schedule, ensuring that the house is well stocked with food and supplies, making sure accreditation and licensing standards are being followed, hiring and training new staff, overseeing the children's care, and delegating tasks to management staff. The position is split between two POCs, and the other POC position is filled by a longtime POC. This opening for a POC will work W, F, Sa 12 pm to 10 pm and Th 7 am to 3pm. A minimum of one year management experience is preferred. As a precondition of employment must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver's license. Must have a bachelor's degree by regulation. Applicants without a bachelor's degree cannot be considered. Please include resume when responding.

Pay: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
