Role Overview:
As an experienced carpenter, you play a crucial role in the success of Revival Home & Professional Construction and various construction projects. You will provide experience and knowledgeability to accomplish many different construction projects. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40-45 per week

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to complete tasks on schedule.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans to determine project requirements.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood in a variety of ways and with accuracy using hand and power tools.
- Lead, train others, and individually accomplish a wide range of construction projects, including but not limited to demolition, framing, roofing, siding, drywall, painting, deck installation, flooring, and finish carpentry.
- Install structural components such as framing, flooring, doors and windows, as well as decorative components like cabinets and trim.
- Complete layouts and rough carpentry of all types.
- Ensure work meets building codes, safety standards, and a high standard of craftsmanship.
- Inspect and troubleshoot damaged or aging structures and recommend repair solutions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
- 5+ years of residential carpentry, with experience and a strong understanding of custom remodeling and new construction.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and detailed specifications.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on both team motivation and customer communication.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate various aspects of a construction project without direct supervision of the team.
Training and Development:
- Training in construction project management basics, including scheduling and resource management.
- Continued education of safety practices and advanced construction methods.
Potential Advancement:
- Eligible for promotion to Construction Supervisor with further development in leadership, coordination, and larger-scale project management.
