Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:15 AM–2:30 PM
Expected Hours: 40–51 hours per week

ForceOne Solutions is urgently hiring Automotive Rework Associates for a temporary project at a customer manufacturing facility in Gaffney, SC.
Associates will be employed by ForceOne Solutions and assigned to work on-site at the customer facility to support a temporary automotive quality/rework process. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical ability, attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to follow training, safety procedures, and work instructions.
This position is best suited for candidates who are mechanically inclined, comfortable using tools, able to perform heavy lifting, and willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Duties
Associates will work in teams to support brake system work on chassis units. Duties may include:
- Raising the rear of vehicles and supporting rear axles on jack stands
- Removing and reinstalling rear tires/wheels
- Using customer-provided impact guns and torque tools
- Connecting to the vehicle using customer-provided laptop/software
- Assisting with manual brake bleeding until the process is complete
- Topping off brake fluid as needed
- Tracking completed work by VIN number
- Following all customer and ForceOne work instructions, training, and safety requirements
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
Requirements
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting and physical work throughout the shift
- Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand tools/power tools
- Automotive, manufacturing, tire/wheel, brake, or rework experience is preferred
- Brake bleeding experience is a plus, but training will be provided
- Must be reliable and able to report on time for a 6:15 AM start
- Must be able to follow detailed work instructions
- Must be safety-focused and comfortable working around vehicles, tools, and production equipment
- Basic computer skills are a plus
Schedule
Monday through Friday
6:15 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime may be required from 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM Monday through Friday. Saturdays may also be possible from 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM.
PPE / Tools / Training
Safety glasses and steel-toe shoes are required. The customer will provide the required tools, laptop/software, training, and work instructions for the project.
