What We're Looking For
- Early Childhood Special Education Credential Required
- Valid California Special Education Specialist Credential (ECSE)
- Ability to work in person with students in a school environment
- Proficient in IEP case management
- Ability to communicate effectively and thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
- Are eager to learn, grow, and continuously develop their professional expertise

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing academic support to students in classroom settings
- Conducting academic assessments and assisting with IEP goal development and implementation
- Collaborating closely with parents, general education teachers, and related service providers
- Facilitating student engagement and participation throughout the school day
- Developing and implementing lesson plans and maintain data collection and progress monitoring
