What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive for service.
- Conduct quick vehicle check-ins and gather essential information.
- Communicate recommended services and maintenance clearly and confidently.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in automotive service or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
