Hiring for a Line Cook at Gnarly Cedar Brewery in Wrightstown
The menu includes smash burgers, Detriot style pizza, bar apps and salads with more options coming as we build our team and master the existing dishes.
Open Hours: Tuesday - Friday 12-9pm, Saturday 11-9pm, Sunday 11-6pm
*Kitchen closes 30 minutes before bar (no late nights!)
Full-time availability perferred, can be flexible with 25-40 hours/week
Should be available on most weekends. The team rotates shifts and days off
Duties include:
- Prepping for service
- Hand pressing dough for pizzas, working with deck oven for crispy cooking
- Working on the flat top grill and fryer station
- Help to manage inventory, keep par levels maintained
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workplace
- Basic cleaning like dishes and sweeping
- Plating food, organzing ticket times
