What You'll Do
- Talk with property owners by phone, text, and email
- Follow up with warm leads provided by the company
- Build rapport and negotiate property purchase agreements
- Keep organized notes and update our CRM
- Work independently from home while staying connected with the team
- Meet sales goals and provide outstanding customer service
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of sales experience
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Comfortable negotiating over the phone
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Coachable with a positive attitude
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
