POSITION: Union High Sideline Cheer Coach
REQUIREMENTS: - Prefer previous coaching experience
- Demonstrated ability to relate to young athletes and serve as a positive role model

Experience working with multi-cultural and racially diverse student/athletes

Ability to establish reasonable and consistent expectations for performance and conduct of students/athletes

Willingness to make a year-round commitment to the program

Demonstrated ability to direct and work with cohesive staff

Ability to practice after school beginning at 3:00 PM each day
SALARY: Per the Master Contract
