Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with prospective buyers, assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, and help drive dealership sales growth. The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, and committed to providing an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Contact internet and phone leads to schedule appointments.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain ongoing communication.
- Greet customers and assist them in identifying vehicles that fit their needs and budget.
- Show customers available inventory and explain vehicle features and benefits.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives.
- Present pricing, trade-in values, financing options, and vehicle protection products.
- Work with sales managers and finance personnel to structure and finalize vehicle sales.
- Complete required paperwork and ensure all deal documentation is accurate and complete.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
- Meet or exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and competitive drive.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid Car Sales Person License.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
