Join our manufacturing team as an Injection Mold Operator! In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components. Your expertise will ensure efficient production processes, adherence to safety standards, and top-notch quality inspection. Duties
- Set up and operate plastics injection molding machines.
- Monitor machine operations continuously, making adjustments as needed
- Conduct quality inspections .
- Handle materials efficiently by loading raw materials into machines and managing finished parts.
- Document production data accurately, including cycle times, defect reports, and machine logs for lean manufacturing improvements.
Qualifications
- Plastic injection mold experience preferred
- Strong understanding of quality inspection procedures.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations essential for setting up machines and inspecting parts accurately.
- Experience with materials handling equipment like forklifts; certification is preferred but not mandatory.
