**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Jr Loan Processor to join our dynamic team at Warens Financial Group. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of loan applications, enabling our clients to secure the financing they need. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of loan processing procedures and exceptional communication skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Review loan applications and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Verify borrower information, employment details, credit reports, and financial statements.
- Collaborate with loan officers and underwriters to ensure all required documents are obtained.
- Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, and other parties to provide status updates and request additional information as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements throughout the loan process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the loan processing system.
**Qualifications:**
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the financial industry.
- Banking background
- Strong understanding of loan processing procedures, including document verification and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
