The Role: Our Shop Quarterback
We aren't looking for just another diagnostic tech—we are looking for a Floor General. You are the person who sees the whole field, knows how to dispatch work effectively, and steps up when the play gets tough.
You’ll split your time between solving the heavy-hitter diagnostic headaches, mentoring the team, and ensuring the shop flows smoothly. And when a tough customer situation lands on the front desk? You’re the calm, credible expert who can explain complex mechanical issues in plain English and turn a stressed-out customer into a fan for life.
What You’ll Do
- Command the Shop Floor: Act as the lead mechanic and daily floor general—managing shop flow, maintaining quality control, and helping keep production high.
- Tackle Complex Diagnostics: Solve the tough electrical, drivability, and mechanical issues that other shops scratch their heads over.
- Coach & Mentor: Help elevate junior and mid-level techs through real-time guidance and best-practice sharing.
- Bridge the Gap: Partner with our service advisors to translate technical jargon into clear, reassuring explanations for customers when needed.
What You Bring
- Master-Level Technical Capability: Proven experience as a Lead/Master Technician with deep diagnostic expertise (ASE certifications preferred, but real-world mastery is what counts).
