Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift openings. The ideal candidate will have small assembly experience. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling components and ensuring that products meet quality standards before they are shipped to customers.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Operate various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse.
- Perform routine inspections of assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting any assembly issues that may arise during production.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively on an assembly line, demonstrating attention to detail and efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
