We are seeking a skilled Framer to join our construction team for 1st or 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various framing techniques and be comfortable in a construction environment. The Framer will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and executing framing tasks that contribute to the overall success of building projects. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, meet and exceed daily productions schedules, posses a strong work ethic and take pride in your work.
Duties
- Construct frameworks for buildings, including walls, floors, using wood in a assembly setting..
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction, specifically in framing or related trades.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment used on construction sites.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and execute tasks based on detailed plans is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship are critical for success in this role.
