Position: Retail Team Member / Style & Footwear Advisor
We’re looking for energetic, customer-first people to help bring the METROMIX vibe to life. As a Team Member, you’ll be the face of the store—connecting with customers, sharing your style knowledge, and helping create an environment people want to come back to.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome customers and help them find the perfect styles and fits
- Share product knowledge and get customers excited about our latest arrivals and promotions
- Maintain the vibe by keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and visually on point
- Work closely with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Handle questions and resolve issues with empathy, care, and a positive attitude
What We’re Looking For:
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right people
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability for daytime, afternoon, or Saturday shifts (we’re closed Sundays)
- A genuine interest in premium footwear, lifestyle apparel, and helping people look and feel their best.
