We are currently looking for a skilled, safety-conscious Handyman / Remodeling Technician to join our growing team. The Role
We need a Handyman / Remodeling Technician role. We need a versatile hands-on person who can move between interior remodeling and exterior repair work as the schedule demands
Key Responsibilities
- Drywall repair and installation
- Painting (interior/exterior)
- Framing and general carpentry
- Windows and doors installation
- Roof and siding repair
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience across remodeling and/or exterior trades
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders, roof access) and lifting materials
- Valid driver's license in good standing (company vehicle provided)
- Own hand tools preferred; larger/specialty tools provided by ROI
- Ability to read basic plans/drawings a plus
- OSHA 10 a plus, not required
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend availability when job timelines require it
**Location:** Based out of Millersville, MD (8378 Veterans Highway) — travel to job sites across the DMV service area
**Vehicle:** Company vehicle provided for work use
Spanish and English speakers preferred.
Compensation:
- $27-$32 per hour
