We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally
- Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment
- Support other team members by bussing tables, resetting stations, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Server in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience
- Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST, or Seven Rooms for order processing and reservations
- Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales upselling techniques
- Previous experience in hospitality roles such as host/host or food industry positions is highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment
