Responsibilities:
- Evaluates, treats, and educates patients to prevent, correct, alleviate and limit physical disability, body and movement dysfunction and pain from an injury, disease, and any other bodily and mental conditions
- Communicates effectively with patients and medical providers in a professional manner and provides positive interaction with patients and clinicians.
- Directly or Indirectly supervises PTAs, students, volunteers, and aides as needed.
- Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction
Clinical Oversight:
- Maintain high standards of patient care and treatment protocols.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in physical therapy.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
- Licensed Physical Therapist with PA License.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in therapy settings.
