- CDA – Infant/Toddler: $15.75/hour
- Associate Degree: $18.28/hour
- Bachelor’s Degree: $20.12/hour
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum Infant-Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA) credential
- Valid driver's license
- Valid vehicle insurance
- Ability to meet applicable Head Start and Ohio Child Care Licensing requirements
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Early Head Start team member, you will:
Create a warm, nurturing, and supportive environment where every infant and toddler feels safe, loved, and valued.
Develop engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's social-emotional, physical, cognitive, and developmental growth.
Respect and incorporate each child's individual temperament, needs, and home routines into their daily experiences.
Build strong relationships with families and promote activities that strengthen the parent-child bond.
Collaborate with your Early Head Start team through team meetings, family conferences, and Parent Partnership Agreement activities.
Follow Head Start Performance Standards, Ohio Child Care Licensing Regulations, program plans, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe, healthy, and positive learning environment.
