About Kogok Corporation
Kogok Corporation is a 100% employee-owned sheet metal contractor founded in 1995 by Jeff Kogok, building on a legacy that began in 1972 with Henry George Kogok Jr. What started as a small Maryland operation with three employees has grown into a 400+ person team of craftsmen, innovators, and problem-solvers. We fabricate and install high-performance mechanical systems for some of the most complex facilities in the region — from BSL-4 labs and hospitals to data centers, universities, transportation hubs, stadiums, and landmark hospitality projects. Headquartered in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, with additional offices in Baltimore, Chantilly, Virginia, Virginia Beach, and now Richmond, we serve clients across Maryland, DC, and Virginia. For 30 years — and counting — we’ve helped shape the DMV’s infrastructure through economic booms, recessions, and rapid technological growth. Because craftsmanship matters, innovation drives standards forward, and investing in apprentices, technology, and employee ownership ensures we don’t just build projects — we build careers and a stronger regional industry for the next generation.
