Value Health Benefits is growing rapidly, and we're looking for motivated sales professionals to join our inbound sales team. Every day, you'll speak with seniors who have already requested information about supplemental health coverage.

What You'll Do
You'll help Medicare beneficiaries protect themselves from unexpected out-of-pocket healthcare expenses by enrolling them in Hospital Indemnity and Home Health Care insurance plans.
- Handle inbound calls from qualified consumers.
- Help seniors understand supplemental health coverage options.
- Build rapport quickly and uncover customer needs.
- Present solutions with confidence.
- Discuss premiums comfortably and collect payment information to activate coverage.
- Follow our proven sales process while providing an excellent customer experience.
- Consistently work toward daily and monthly sales goals.

Preferred Qualifications
- Active Health Insurance License
- Ancillary insurance sales experience is a plus.
- Inside sales or call center sales experience.
