Licensed Physical Therapist – Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility, Davenport, IA

Job Details:
- Pay Range: $34/hr (standard), $52/hr (OT)
- Weekly Pay: $2,606 gross, with a weekly stipend of $1,246
- Shifts: 5x8 days (Sunday through Saturday)
- Contract Length: Ongoing for at least 1 year
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Overtime Availability: Yes, at enhanced OT rates
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week for 12-hour shifts or 40 hours/week for 8-10 hour shifts
- Location: Davenport, Iowa
- Local Placement: Yes (80 miles round trip)
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year LTC/SNF PT experience
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Iowa
- Ability to work independently in a clinical setting
- Strong documentation skills and adherence to treatment plans
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with outpatient or rehabilitation services
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
