About the Role:
As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. You will be responsible for:
Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with personal care activities
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
Participating in staff education and training programs to stay current with industry best practices
Ensuring a safe and clean environment for our residents and staff
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents on a shift basis
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse or Nurse Manager
Assist with medication administration, treatments, and procedures
Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and care delivery
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
Adhere to facility policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Missouri
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred
