We are seeking highly professional, vigilant, observant, and detail-oriented Armed Security Officers (Level III) to join our team.
This assignment requires a security professional who takes pride in their appearance, understands the importance of presence, and can operate confidently in a private property environment. Officers must demonstrate strong judgment, communication, and the ability to balance security awareness with professionalism.

- Clear, concise, and detailed reporting with accurate documentation of incidents, observations, and daily activity

Schedule
- 8–10 hour shifts
- Weekend and holiday availability required based on operational needs
- Must maintain flexibility to support assigned protective service details
Requirements
- Active Texas Level III Commissioned Security License required (Level IV preferred); must maintain all state licensing requirements and eligibility
- Reliable personal transportation (e.g., own vehicle) to reach site as scheduled
- Prior military, law enforcement, or professional private security experience preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to maintain a high level of readiness and respond with urgency, sound judgment, and professionalism when situations require immediate action
- Strong situational awareness with the ability to remain calm, professional, and make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to document and report activity clearly and accurately
- Must demonstrate reliability, integrity, and alignment with Atlas Glinn’s standards of professionalism and client service
Full Duty Gear Requirement (Must Have)
Candidates must report assignment-ready with all required professional duty equipment. The following items are mandatory:
- OD Green tactical pants
- Duty Belt
- Duty Firearm, with Level 2–3 retention duty holster
- 2x magazines
- Handcuffs & Flashlight (minimum 1000 lumens)
- Armor vest
- All-black duty footwear
- Operational smartphone with active cellular service, application capabilities.
Equipment Standards:
- No Hi-Point firearms permitted
- No SERPA-style holsters permitted
Officers are responsible for maintaining all required equipment in professional and operational condition.
Assignments locations: Settegast Heights Village & Downtown Houston area. Candidates should consider commute distance and travel time before applying to ensure consistent and dependable attendance.
