Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Part-Time Barista to join our café team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and wants to be part of a growing local community space.
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso beverages, coffee, and café drinks to quality standards• Provide friendly, professional customer service to guests• Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions• Maintain cleanliness of café workspace, equipment, and seating areas• Restock supplies and assist with light food and beverage preparation• Follow food safety and health guidelines• Support a positive, team-oriented environment
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented• Availability for evenings and weekends preferred
Schedule
Part-time hours; flexible scheduling based on business needs.
