At Silver Key Senior Services, our mission is to help older adults age safely and independently in their homes. As a Transportation Driver, you will play a vital role in our community-ensuring clients get safely from their door to medical appointments, grocery stores, and essential services.

Safely transport clients to and from medical and personal appointments

Provide door-through-door service, assisting clients courteously and safely

Operate lift-equipped vehicles (wheelchair accessible; up to 14 passengers)

Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies

Maintain assigned vehicles and report any issues
-
Deliver excellent customer service with compassion and professionalism
-
Support and interact positively with volunteers and team members
-
Accurately follow schedules and route instructions using mobile technology
Required:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Valid Colorado Driver's License with a clean driving record
-
Ability to meet insurability requirements and pass MVR checks
-
Ability to pass background checks (including CAPS) and drug screening
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility devices (up to 300 lbs with equipment)

Strong interpersonal skills and a patient, respectful approach to working with seniors
Preferred:

Passenger transportation experience

Basic computer/tablet skills
