This role is perfect for someone who’s equal parts people person and number cruncher. You’ll be the go-to for late-night guests, handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with a smile—while also keeping an eye on the books and making sure everything adds up behind the scenes.

SALARY: Starting rate of $19.00/hr

Position Summary:
- Check guests in and out, manage reservations, and process payments.
- Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues.
- Complete nightly audits, balance accounts, and prepare financial reports.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure front desk operations run smoothly overnight.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and supervise the Night Security Officer.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; hotel front desk experience required; basic accounting, cash handling, and PMS experience preferred.
Working Conditions: Overnight shifts; frequent standing, walking, computer use, and occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
