Job Description:
Develop and maintain event streams, configurations, and connectors to efficiently emit and collect data from client services and transactional databases. Architect, implement, and optimize data pipelines for batch and near-real-time transformation and integration of client data, ensuring high performance and reliability. Design and manage the client platform, serving as a centralized staging area for all data sources, and ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility. Implement and maintain the data warehouse on client platform, including the creation and management of fact and dimension tables for reporting purposes, and ensure data consistency and accuracy. Engage in data orchestration, designing and scheduling batch-driven data workflows to facilitate seamless data processing and delivery across the organization. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand reporting requirements and export data from the data warehouse to a read-only database, ensuring timely and accurate data availability for reporting purposes. Integrate and optimize reporting solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, ensuring data quality, reliability, and performance, and proactively identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand their data needs and provide support in accessing and processing data for analytical purposes. Contribute to the overall data architecture and strategy, providing insights and recommendations for improving data infrastructure, processes, and capabilities.
